For the current batch, factory used same A+ grade feather from different region, also used better Natural Cork instead of three layer cork, and marked this batch as Star Gold instead of Super Gold.

Shuttlecock Pricing Policy for UK&EU clients, discount applied based on retail price:
- 1-3 tubes: £3.5 delivery charge if order less than £60;
- 4-9 tubes: no delivery charge, £0.50 discount per tube applied;
- 10-24 tubes: no delivery charge, £1.50 discount per tube applied;
- 25-49 tubes: no delivery charge, £2.50 discount per tube applied;
- 50-99 tubes: no delivery charge, £2.75 discount per tube applied;
- 100+ tubes, distributors, orders from EU: £3.00 discount per tube applied
Delivery Policy
Standard delivery normally takes 1 to 3 working days. Please follow up with us if you haven't received your goods after 3 working days. For any orders after 2pm every Thursday, they will be posted next Monday.
Shuttle Storage
Temperature
The most appropriate temperature for Storage of Shuttlecocks is between 20°C and 25°C.
If the temperature is too low or too high, this might affect the shuttlecocks durability and stability.
Humidity
The most appropriate humidity is between 50% and 85%.
If the humidity is lower the 50%, this might affect the shuttlecocks durability and stability. If the humidity is higher than the 85%, the feathers might turn yellow.
Storage Time & Environment
The best storage time is less than 12 months after shuttecocks arrive at the warehouse.
Please do not leave them near air conditioner or radiator.
Please do not leave them in the car over night.
Store in a clean and cool place (not hot or cold).
Position
The cartons can’t be put upside down.
Please place them in the upright direction (with speed label facing on top). If the cartons put upside down, you may run the risk of damaging the feather.
Shuttle Speed
Stability & Flight Path
The flight stability and exact flight path are the guarantee of badminton. We use an accurate sorting machine so that we ensure high-quality shuttlecocks are made of high-quality 16 piece feather so that the flight is stable.
Accuracy
We use a badminton placement ratio that if the shuttlecock were to be hit and landed within a suitable distance range sorted by specific temperature, angle and power to determine their speed level. The accuracy is 20% higher than similar products allowing a difference of +/- 15cm.
