The storage of shuttles is incredibly important for the longevity and quality to remain as high as possible. Follow our guide on how to store your shuttles properly.

Temperature
The most appropriate temperature for Storage of Shuttlecocks is between 20°C and 25°C.
If the temperature is too low or too high, this might affect the
shuttlecocks durability and stability.
Humidity
The most appropriate humidity is between 50% and 85%.
If the humidity is lower the 50%, this might affect the shuttlecocks durability and stability. If the humidity is higher than the 85%, the feathers might turn yellow.
Storage Time &
Environment
The best storage time is less than 12 months after
shuttecocks arrive at the warehouse.
Please do not leave them near air conditioner or radiator.
Please do not leave them in the car over night.
Store in a clean and cool place (not hot or cold)
Position
The cartons can’t be put upside down.
Please place them in the upright direction (with speed
label facing on top). If the cartons put upside down,
you may run the risk of damaging the feather.
Shuttle Steaming: tips for keeping the shuttlecocks durability and stability.
Please take the shuttlecocks and steam for 2 - 5 minutes if you find the shuttlecocks under the cold and dry environment for a long time.
Step 1: Remove both caps from either end of the tube.
Step 2: Put each tube over the source of the steam.
Step 3: Allow the shuttles to steam for 2 - 5 minutes.
Step 4: Once sufficiently steamed, place caps back on both ends of the tube.
Step 5: Play badminton!
