1. The warranty period is within 180 days from the date of purchase.
2. If this product series has damage or breakage during normal use due to manufacturing defects, you will receive free replacement (after inspection and confirmation by the company’s staff).
3. Damage caused under the following circumstances is NOT covered by the warranty:
- Damage caused by dropping, hitting, or improper use of the racket.
- String tension exceeding the recommended limit for the racket.
- Damage caused by long-term exposure to sunlight or harsh environments.
- Damage caused by repairs done by the consumer or non-professional personnel.
- Used strings, grips, and shuttlecocks are not covered by the warranty.
4. For rackets broken due to non-quality issues, you may trade in the old racket for a new one at 50% of the retail price.
